Congratulations on your purchase of a Southern Grind knife. Your Southern Grind knife is guaranteed for the lifetime of the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly used and maintained. Under this limited warranty, Southern Grind will repair or replace any knife that is defective in material or workmanship as determined by Southern Grind in its sole discretion. This limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, abuse, accident, negligence, lack of maintenance or modifications by anyone other than Southern Grind, as determined by Southern Grind in its sole discretion. To receive warranty services, ship your knife, together with a completed copy of the attached Service and Warranty Form, by any delivery means which can be tracked by the shipper such as by overnight courier, shipping prepaid, to Diamondback Knife Works, DBA Southern Grind, Inc., at 3400 Grissom Pkwy Cocoa, FL 32926; ATTN: SG WARRANTY. If, after evaluating your knife, Southern Grind determines that a defect is not covered under this limited warranty, Southern Grind representatives will contact you to discuss the estimated cost of repairing or replacing your knife. THE FOREGOING ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF YOUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Services

Southern Grind offers a complete line of services for your Southern Grind knife. To obtain service, simply ship your knife to Diamondback Knife Works, DBA Southern Grind, Inc., 3400 Grissom Pkwy Cocoa, FL 32926; ATTN: SG WARRANTY. Southern Grind will only provide those services specified in the Service and Warranty Form and at the charges specified therein. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking capability and delivery confirmation to enable you to confirm that the knife has been received by us. We also recommend you pack your knife carefully and securely and insure the knife against damage, theft or loss during shipping. Southern Grind is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of your knife during shipping. Please include a completed Service and Warranty form with your shipment. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
